All dogs bred and sold by NUTS~4~PUPS will be honestly represented and
evaluated as accurately as possible at time of sale. If there is something wrong
with a puppy that we know of we will not hide it. Our pups are checked for Hernias
and joint problems. Our puppies receive a health certification from our Veterinarian
before shipping. The puppies will be up to date on all their shots and deworming.
Guaranteed for one year against fatal and life altering diseases.

This guarantee DOES NOT include Coccidia, giardia, kennel cough, which are
common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused and brought on by
bacteria.. These are easily treated by your local Vet. Full recovery is expected
and Kennel Cough, on its own, is not life threatening .  As of the date of delivery,
the puppy has received proper vaccinations and deworming for his/her age and
weight. The buyer has been informed of these. Any future vaccinations and
deworming due are the responsibility of the new owner,

The buyer will need to have your puppy examined by a Veterinarian within 72 hours
of delivery. Inform us immediately of the results of the examination of your puppy
if there are any problems. No charges will be reimbursed unless we are notified
and we approve prior to treatment.  Failure to complete this crucial step will
terminate the health guarantee on your puppy.  This guarantee will then be null and
void. If the puppy dies within the one year time frame, you will need to pay to
have an autopsy done, and mail us the results. If congenital, we will replace the
puppy of equal value and the shipping will be at the buyers expense. We do NOT
give refunds. In order to hold a puppy we do require a $250.00 (non-refundable)
deposit, which will count towards the actual cost of the puppy when he\she is ready.

Rabies: Puppies less than 12 weeks of age do not require a rabies shot in order to
fly.  We recommend that upon receiving your puppy you have them vaccinated for
rabies.  We will vaccinate all puppies over the age of 12 weeks for rabies.

Delivery:  In order for you to receive your puppy quickly and safely we choose to
deliver them by airplane.  Each puppy will have a flight booked individually and will
ride in a pressurized hold with both heating and air-conditioning.  Puppies are only
allowed to land at airports when the temperature is less than 89 degrees. This is
for their safety, so in southern and hot regions puppies may need to arrive in the
morning or evening hours when it is cool.  Puppies also receive food and water at
each checkpoint during their flight.
